The Tispa Processor I is the first tissue processor, to be launched in the first half of 2009.
The main features are:

batch wise processing of batches up to 50 cassettes per reactor, standard fitted with 2 reactors
turn around time per batch 2.5 hours for standard 5 mm. thick specimens. Turn around time for biopcies 1 hour.
capacity 400 cassettes per day with 3 cycles per retort per day, plus 1 at night.
Dimensions (w x d x h) 120 x 80 x 170 cm. Weight 350 kg.
Uses only ethanol in the highest concentration currently used, paraffin of the same quality currently used and technical grade CO₂.
